15 bucks? Two different sized brushes and a bent wire hanger. Why buy the kit?
freezing it, huh. doesn’t get much simpler than that. excellent idea.
wouldn’t freezing it be a bad idea. like if a water drop is in the corner. since water expands wouldn’t it crack/tear open over time. like cracks on the road after winter.????????
Freezing works great! Empty the tube and the bladder any water that’s left over will freeze but will not harm the bag. When you want to use the bladder again fill ‘er up and your ready to go! I like to put a couple of drops of lemon juice in mine! taste great!!

it says on the camelbak instuctions that u shouldn’t freez it.
Are CamelBack bladders pretty durable? I guess I am just hung up on teh material bladders are made of. I keep thinking it’s going to pop on me.

They are made of polyeurathane I think, and yes they are very durable.

The freezer sounds like a great place to store my pack b ut what about long term? What if I dont plan on using my pack for a year plus? Is it ok to store frozen this long?
