Ultralight Backpacking – Bay Area Ridge Trail
Hike from the Palace of Fine Arts in the Marina District of San Francisco up to Pantoll on Mount Tamalpais. I had planned to hike another day on to Samuel P. Taylor SP but got bored of the road walking in the fog and hitchhiked and bussed home instead. Plus, I’ve already hiked all of this. Total trip was less than 24 hours. Pretty cool to be able to go backpacking from the city and take a bus back.
