This is the 2009 graduation trip for the lightweight backpacking class at Realms of Inquiry private school. We walked 35 miles over 5 days w/ an average starting pack weight under 25lbs including all of our food and water. This is our story.
After partying it up in Rome we headed to a small beach village on the Italian West coast. We were deffinitley in need of some R&R. The beach was beautiful and the hotel we stayed in was 25 euro a night which included a huge balcony with an amazing view. We didn’t do too much sight seeing, mostly we bought cheap bottles of wine and drank on our balcony.
